Dr. Umi Kartini Rashid is a Senior Lecturer at the Johor Business School, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), where she also serves as Head of the Department of Research Excellence and Development and Managing Editor of the Johor Business School Nexus.
