Dr. Bakhtiar Ostadi is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Industrial and Systems Engineering, Tarbiat Modares University, Tehran, Iran. His applied projects include activity-based costing in manufacturing industries, cargo train scheduling, risk management in civil and energy projects, evaluation of dependability in gas refineries, and developing excellence roadmaps for large-scale organizations such as Iran Insurance Company, IRIB, and MCI (Hamrah-e-Avval).
