Assist Prof Dr. Alexandros Tsoupras is a Greek chemist and biochemist and Assistant Professor of Biochemistry with extensive academic and research activity in the fields of applied chemistry and biochemistry across biosciences, nutrition, food science, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals, holding degrees in Chemistry and studies in Biology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens along with a PhD specialization in Biochemistry, with significant international experience as a researcher and lecturer in universities and research institutions, substantial teaching contributions and supervision of numerous research projects, and a research focus on the discovery and investigation of bioactive molecules of natural and synthetic origin with anti-inflammatory and antithrombotic properties and applications in human health.
